Most reviewers liked the rooms for being spacious, clean and more than adequately comfortable, although opinions about the comfort of the beds were more mixed. In-room facilities like a fridge, microwave and kitchenette were appreciated by many visitors, who described the rooms as well-equipped enough for the preparation of simple meals.

Accommodation in Doha can be pricey, but many guests thought the rates at this hotel were fairly competitive considering it was clean, comfortable and conveniently-located. With many reviewers encountering decent customer service too, this hotel represented good value for money for most guests.

Most visitors, whether on business or leisure, thought the location in central Doha was pretty convenient. It was a short walk from Souk Waqif and the banking district. It was also just a few blocks from Doha Corniche seafront boulevard. There were also convenience stores nearby.

Critics thought the rooms would benefit from modernization, claiming some were tired-looking or featured well-worn carpets. Kitchenette cutlery and utensils were sometimes in short supply too. Some problems were encountered with utilities like the water supply and free Wi-Fi, which were both reportedly prone to being patchy.

Lots of guests said they found the customer service to be friendly and attentive. However, some critics were unimpressed by occasional sub-standard complaint handling and guests' requests being handled sluggishly.

As part of Qatar's World Cup build-up, lots of building work is going on in Doha. So, some guests were sensitive to the background noise generated by construction sites near the hotel.
