Past guests have had a pleasant stay because of the awesome level of service offered by the staff of this resort. From front desk to restaurant staff, the staff members are willing to go out of the way to make guests feel welcomed.

Guests have had a relaxing holiday and pampered themselves enough at Katathani Phuket Beach Resort reason being the recreation activities. Past guests enjoyed the massage at spa, water sports at the beach and their workout at the fitness centre.

While most of the guests have had a pleasant stay, some have mentioned about air conditioner being too noisy. However, once the issue was reported to the operator, it got resolved in no time.

Some of the previous guests have advised the need for refurbishment for the hotel as paint has started to come off the walls in the room and the hotel has got an outdated appeal. Besides that the furniture in the rooms is very old style as well.

You can either call it the weather or the location, the rooms have been found to be damp and smelly. Past guests have complained of damp bedding, curtains and towels which also lead to a weird smell in their clothes, thus making the stay not so memorable.
