Soundproofing needs to be improved
Many guests were of the feeling that the hotel rooms had paper thin walls. They could hear conversations coming from neighboring rooms especially at night hours. Noise from the street noise was also quite loud. Guests felt that the rooms need a better soundproofing system.
negative:
Beds are at times quite uncomfortable
A number of guests have complained about their mattresses being too soft and their pillows too flat and hard. Some beds were too small and some mattresses sagged in the middle. This was very fatiguing and agonizing especially for those with sensitive backs.
negative:
A few rooms had loud air conditioners
The air conditioners in some rooms can get a bit loud. Some guests were perturbed by the noise they experienced mainly at night times. This was quite disturbing to their quiet and peaceful time.
