Guests consistently commented that the staff were very well trained and efficient. In many cases, guests thought the service they received was the best thing about staying here, and it was a factor that would weigh heavily on their decision to return.

Guests liked that this hotel has a complimentary shuttle service which goes to Narita attractions, plus the airport. Some of them even remarked that the shuttle was more convenient than taking the train, and it was available without having to spend any money.

Many guests said they were initially surprised upon reaching their rooms and seeing how large they were. To clarify, many added rooms in Japan are characteristically not very spacious, but these were exceptions to the norm.

Guests mentioned the hotel has a tower wing that is much newer than other sections of the property. Unless you are given, or request, one of the tower rooms, you may think your accommodations look very worn. That sentiment would be reflective of what numerous other guests thought upon seeing their surroundings.

Although some guests said they were at least glad to have a place for working out, there were comments that the gym really needs to be updated, because it's not a standout amenity. Guests said the equipment was old, which made the whole facility rather unattractive.

Because it can take almost 30 minutes to reach the airport from the hotel according to guests' feedback, some were upset that this property is often advertised as an airport property. However, other guests confirmed they were unable to recall closer options, since the area's airport authority seems to be against putting accommodations too close to the terminals.
