Pay to use the facilities
Some guests were upset by the fact that you have to pay a surcharge to use the swimming pool and fitness facilities at this hotel. This wasn't expected by these guests, as they assumed that it would be included in the price.

Nothing to do in the area
There have been complaints by guests regarding the location of this hotel. The property is somewhat isolated, so there isn't much in the way of restaurants or shopping within walking distance. There are six different restaurants at the hotel, however, so giving guests plenty of dining options.
