Many guests who stayed at the hotel found the location ideal for exploring the sights of Cork. Being able to leave their car in the car park and get to the town’s numerous shops and restaurants on foot was greatly appreciated by the majority of the guests

There is no parking outside the entrance to the hotel and some guests disliked having to park their cars in the car park which is a 10-minute walk away from the hotel. Quite a few guests objected to paying for the parking whilst others found it inconveni

Guests whose rooms were at the front of the hotel complained about traffic noise whilst those whose rooms overlooked the side alley also experienced disturbances from early morning delivery vans.
