Positive Reviews
positive:
Good location
The hotel is located in a nice,
respectable suburb, so guests feel really safe here. It is also well-linked to
everywhere owing to its proximity to the metro, which is a huge advantage. This
puts everywhere within easy reach, if not exactly within walking distance.
positive:
Clean, comfortable rooms
As daily housekeeping is provided,
the cleanliness of the hotel and the rooms is of a very high standard. The
rooms here in general are found to be very spacious and comfortable. Also
appreciated is the large, stylish bathroom.
positive:
Professional, friendly staff
The staff members here have been
described as warm, welcoming and friendly, even when some guests arrived very
late for Check-in. They have also been described as very accommodating, and nothing
is too much trouble.
Negative Reviews
negative:
No pool or view
The hotel doesn't offer a swimming
pool, which some guests feel is a huge minus point, especially for a hotel in a
hot country like Spain. However, this is a city hotel, not a hotel in a holiday
resort. Also, there are no picturesque views from the windows. Again, the same
principle applies. These are not exactly disadvantages, but some guests feel the
absence of these facilities.
negative:
Weak Wi-Fi
Some of the guests feel a bit
disadvantaged by the fact that the Wi-Fi signal here is sometimes very weak.
This could be a problem for those to whom Internet connectivity is vital for
keeping in contact with family or business.
negative:
No tea/coffee facilities
Some guests hailing from countries where tea/coffee facilities are provided in the rooms find the absence of these to be a disadvantage, as they have to step out every time they want a beverage.
