Negative Reviews
negative:
Basic amenities
William's Opera is a no-frills hotel with only the basic amenities. Some guests are disappointed to discover that there are no other sources of entertainment such as a fitness centre, or a pool. However, this shouldn't be much of an issue as you are situated just within walking distance to different tourist attractions and other establishments.
negative:
Some rooms seem outdated
Some of the guests complained about outdated rooms with dirty walls and worn-out furniture. However, this isn't true for all the rooms, and you can always ask to be reassigned if you find the rooms to be a bit disappointing for your standards.
negative:
No air-conditioning
All rooms are comfortable to stay in. However, during hot season, guests have found that the lack of air-conditioning was troublesome. They were not able to sleep comfortably, especially when travelling with a large party. A fan is provided, though, to help moderate the room's temperature.
