Negative Reviews
negative:
Busy environment.
The hotel is situated on one of the busiest intersections in Los Angeles - if you're looking for a quiet and relaxing getaway, this is not an ideal option. Its location on Hollywood Boulevard also means that the area could become quite busy during peak tourist seasons, making it harder to get around or obtain dining reservations at area restaurants.
negative:
Internet charges.
Unless you're a member of the hotel group, you will need to pay for Internet access. If you're visiting and expect to be on the Wi-Fi, be prepared to pay a daily fee for the use of Internet.
negative:
Limited views.
Some guest rooms don't have an ideal view - if that's a deal breaker be sure to pay for an upgraded room with a city view.
