Most of the guests felt that the spa and sauna services were one of the best that they have ever come across. It has a perfect steam room Turkish bath, salt pool and comfortable heated water beds. Massage treatments are very relaxing. Some of the guests were given a complimentary hour in the romantic private spa and romantic candlelight massage for two. Indoor pool with many Jacuzzis give beautiful views over the outdoor pool.
All the guests were very impressed by the high professionalism and training of the staff members. They were courteous and helpful. They even prepared a gluten-free meal for few guests throughout their stay. The location of the hotel was ideal as all the places of interest were at a walking distance. It is ten minutes' walk to the centre of Riva. Rooms provide a spectacular view of the mountains.
The hotel had organised a free wine and olive oil tasting session down in the cellars, which was a unique experience for the guests. After the session, there was a complimentary lunch served on the terrace. Guests loved the huge spread of the breakfast served here. They had many fresh local products too.
Some of the guests were disappointed to find that the air conditioner was not functioning. They had a terrible time in the peak of summers.
Few guests felt that their beds were very hard and uncomfortable making it impossible to sleep on them.
