Past guests have complained about their rooms not being properly cleaned upon arrival. These guests have reported that it appeared as though the housekeeping staff hadn't touched their rooms at all and that the bathrooms were filthy.

Numerous guests have reported that this hotel isn't in the best location, as it is a fair distance from downtown Memphis and the area surrounding the property is dark and poorly lit. In addition, there isn't much in the way of restaurants close to the hotel, so guests had to leave to find something to eat.

There have been complaints about the locks on the rooms not working as they should at this property. Guests have frequently been locked out of their rooms at night because the locks would reset, which was a major inconvenience when returning to the room.
