Positive Reviews
positive:
Central, but surprisingly quite
While most guests seem to comment on the central location, close to the station, Tivoli and Stroget shopping, and how convenient it all is; they often go on to say how incredible it is that there was a relative absence of street noise.
positive:
Large rooms with kitchenettes
Even if they didn't make much use of the small kitchenette, many guests certainly appreciated having it available should they wish to heat up a quick meal in the microwave.
positive:
Beds were extra comfortable
Happily, most guests who comment on the comfort of the beds have only good things to say. In most cases when beds are mentioned it is to complain about the comfort, so it seems the bed buyers at Tiffany's have broken the bed buyers curse and made an excellent selection.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Not really any facilities at the hotel
While they understand it is a boutique hotel, guests are still quite surprised that there are no public facilities in the hotel to speak of. They think that there really should be a bit more space dedicated to general public use.
negative:
Mixed feelings over breakfast
There is no breakfast room at the hotel, but a breakfast basket is delivered to each room daily. Guests give this system mixed reviews. Some like the convenience of a quick breakfast taken in one's room, but perhaps a larger number feel it just a little too impersonal and mechanical. Room service when it wasn't really called for, and without any real service.
negative:
Somewhat “edgy” neighbourhood
A couple of guests point out that the hotel is situated on the traditionally less well-to-do side of Copenhagen. While the area has been gentrifying for some time, it can still feel a little down at heel.
