Negative Reviews
negative:
Breakfast options and extra charges.
Guests have reported being disappointed at the extra £5 charge for a full English breakfast when they arrive. Some guests have also said they were underwhelmed with the continental breakfast options, with some items running out or being lower quality than expected.
negative:
Night time noise can be a problem.
Noise coming from the road outside, from the restaurant area, from the water system and from other guests’ rooms have caused problems for a small number of guests, who say they had trouble sleeping. Cleaners have also woken some guests with early morning cleaning.
negative:
Lack of modern touches.
Rooms are warm, but have no air conditioning, which has caused some guests discomfort, particularly on warm nights. Some guests have reported that TVs, Wi-Fi and water systems could do with improvements and updates.
