The service and efficiency at reception is very patchy, guests comment that when they arrived early there was nobody on reception and they waited ten minutes only to be sent to the bar as the room was not ready, there they waited for half an hour for service, and nobody came to say their room was ready. It was commented that for an airport hotel not to have a very early breakfast service is ridiculous.

The corridors are gloomy, the room's TV was not tuned right, the milk was off, and noise from other rooms intruded. It was felt that the hotel is looking well past its best, and would benefit from a refurbishment.
