Thalazur Ouistreham - Hôtel & Spa (Ouistreham, France)

Guests really liked the public facilities, which included the pools and spa. While somewhat busy at peak times, guests felt that they got good value for money with the use of these well cared for amenities.

Guests couldn't have been happier with the location of Riva Bella. Close to the ferry, guests loved the long after dinner walks on the beach found directly in front of the hotel, plus the views that were like something out of a painting.

Staff knew how to deliver impeccable service, and everyone at the hotel treated guests like valued patrons. Some guests were particularly thankful that staff were willing and able to speak English, making communication that much more straightforward.

Rooms weren't always generous in size. Several guests wanted more space, but while quarters were tight, at least they were clean and modern.

A few guests mentioned that this might not be the best place for children. This hotel seems to attract an older crowd who are trying to get in some relaxation and spa therapy, and while there are time slots dedicated for a family swim, some parents said that it could be uncomfortable for those with boisterous kids.

Guests said that they skipped the restaurant based on a lack of variety and expensive cost. Those that did partake in a meal were often disappointed with the uninspired options that they indeed found to be overpriced.
