Positive Reviews
positive:
Money worth spending
Guests raved about the location of this hotel. With Kuta Beach within a five-minute walk, and the airport just a few minutes by car, you would be forgiven for thinking you got the perfect spot. If you walk down the street for a couple of minutes, you will be on the main urban tourist area.
positive:
Good basic breakfast
The free early morning breakfast seemed to go down rather well. Travellers felt it was substantial enough for a great start to the day, and offered a variety of options. You will get some really good coffee along with fresh juice too.
positive:
Awesome staff
For most guests, the staff exceeded their expectations with the level of hospitality on offer. The maintenance staff were quick to solve any issues that arose, and the front desk and house-keeping staff were always around to ensure your needs come first.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Why all the bugs?
There seemed to be many cockroaches around, especially in the rooms, and even some in the hallways. If you report it to the friendly front desk staff, they will send someone out to spray the area. Nonetheless, you may want to consider bringing your own bug spray with.
negative:
Showering is awkward
You will have to hold on to a hand-held shower in these bathrooms, however guests found that the cord was not long enough, and they ended up having to sit down on the floor in order to take their shower.
negative:
Not much English here
Many travellers would have liked to see more English-speaking front desk staff. Regardless, by the end of the stay, they realised that they had learnt a few new words, and were able to communicate with the staff in their mother tongue.
