The hotel is situated just off the Interstate 65. It’s therefore easily accessible by road transport and quick to locate. There are shops near the hotel. Plus, major tourist attractions are in close proximity from the hotel. Guests thus preferred this hotel as it was centrally located.
Guests were highly impressed with the hospitality of the staff at the hotel. They were all well trained and extended excellent customer service. Any request from the guests, and the staff was prompt in delivery. Additionally, they made the guests feel at home with their friendly attitude and warm welcome.
The hotel is a good stopover for an overnight halt. It had all the amenities required for a short stay at a reasonable price. Even the rooms were decent and there were other facilities likes a pool, Wi-Fi, business center, etc. Additionally, the hotel also offered complimentary breakfast, which the guests found quite alluring.
The area where the hotel is located is a poor area for dining out. There are barely any restaurants and bars near the property. Guests who were on lookout for a good place to have meals had to go way too far and yet, were disappointed.
Soundproofing in the hotel was very poor as well as the walls in the rooms are thin. Any noise from the neighboring rooms was easily audible, which was quite disturbing, as guests could not just unwind at peace.
Many guests mentioned about the beds in the room being uncomfortable. They said that the beds were either too hard or even lumpy at times.
