The complex is made up of a potentially lethal cocktail of timeshare owners and renters. Some of the rental guests would warn you that certain owners may make lots of noise partying until the early hours, with little regard for the other residents around.
This older complex has seen better days, if you believe a lot of the guests. The villas and the facilities are beginning to look dated and worn - although each accommodation does vary from the next.
Many guests are surprised and annoyed to learn that they have to pay extra to benefit from Wi-Fi – and it is not that cheap either. The only way you can get free Wi-Fi seems to be in the bar.
