Guests loved being so close to The University of Notre Dame when staying here, and appreciated how the property is close to places to eat and shop. Even if you're not familiar with the area, you won't have to go too far away to find things to do.

Generally, guests thought the staff members at this property were pleasant and easy to deal with. They commented that the employees had good attitudes and made them feel welcome from the time they arrived and beyond.

Most guests felt that staying here offered them a better value for money than staying in a traditional hotel. They especially liked how the units have kitchen areas, and are quite spacious overall, which led to convenient and comfortable stays.

Guests often arrived to rooms that were not thoroughly cleaned. The problems cited ranged from crumbs on the floor, to trash left in the rooms, to stained shower curtains. These shortcomings often caused guests to second guess why they had chosen to stay here.

Guests were surprised to discover that their rooms were not serviced each day, as is the standard at most hotels. When they inquired about it, staff members told them that housekeeping only happens once a week since this is an extended stay property. They were upset by that and felt the lack of daily housekeeping was a cheap practice.

The materials used to construct this building don't seem to be very appropriate for blocking sounds. Guests said they could clearly hear occupants of nearby rooms, and some were also disturbed by the sounds of people walking above them.
