Great for a tropical vacation
You can easily get rid of your work stress here, and enjoy different water-related amenities and activities. Take advantage of their two swimming pools that are always well maintained, or simply soak in the salt-water and the sun at their private beach.
positive:
Exquisite views from the balcony
The beach views are picture perfect. Moreover, the views from the rooms are very refreshing. Sit on the private balcony and watch the rays swim in groups during morning hours, or enjoy a cup of iced juice while admiring the sunset.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Narrow hallways and insufficient elevators
The hallways are quite narrow, which is a problem for guests with large suitcases. Moreover, the establishment doesn't have enough elevators and guests often need to fall in line. When you finally get on the elevator, it would be very packed and the experience could be uncomfortable.
negative:
Barely responds to guests' feedback
Many negative online reviews are still unanswered. Other guests have complained that the management doesn't respond from their emails, calls and text messages. If you have any disputes, it may be better to settle them before leaving the establishment.
negative:
Faulty room facilities
Locks on the front door of some rooms are busted, closet doors are off the tracks, TV remote controls have no batteries, and some couches are stained. These are just some of the minor issues guests have noticed during their stay. If you experience any of these, you can call a staff to have the facilities checked, fixed or replaced.
