Positive Reviews
positive:
Convenient location with amenities nearby
The majority of previous guests agree that the location of these apartments is convenient for several reasons, including proximity to supermarkets, shops, restaurants, cafes, and a bus stop from where efficient connections to the city centre are available.
positive:
Spacious, clean apartments
The apartments generally receive very positive reviews, with previous guests agreeing they are well-appointed with all the necessities, that the decor is stylish and modern, and that there is ample space for groups of all sizes.
positive:
Quiet and secure building
One bonus highlighted by many reviewers is how quiet and peaceful the area in general, and the building and apartments in particular, are. Several previous guests noted that they found it an ideal place to relax, and that the neighbourhood felt very safe and the building's high level of security only added to that.
Negative Reviews
negative:
No on-site management
Previous guests found the lack of on-site management at the apartments to be somewhat of an issue, as any concerns took longer to deal with. The nature of the accommodation as a serviced apartment provider means this is fairly standard, but reviewers still found the check-in procedure a little unreliable and the fact that they had to walk to a separate office to resolve issues to be a nuisance.
negative:
Expensive parking
The lack of free on-site parking at these apartments was an issue for most previous guests who travelled with cars, as they found the public parking on offer to be quite expensive which added to their expenditure in Dublin considerably.
negative:
Some problems with fittings
A number of previous reviewers encountered minor issues with regard to fittings in their apartments, such as small leaks, missing utensils or feeble heating systems.
