Hotel Sonesta Essential Vacaville - Napa Valley (Vacaville, USA)

This hotel is very well maintained and the rooms are all in spotless condition. You’ll be impressed by the job the housekeeping staff does and the fact that the public areas are also just as clean as the rooms.

To have such a great breakfast is good but to have it included in the room rate is perfect. Guests are more than happy with all that is available in the dining area each morning and say that it is well above average.

The people that work here are considered to be extremely professional and very friendly in their manner. It’s a great welcome that is offered at this hotel where staff are more than happy to help recommend places to go in the area.

This hotel is non-smoking, but many guests have noted that their rooms either smelled of cigarettes or that they could smell stale smoke somewhere on the property. This is rather unusual for a hotel that states that it is non-smoking.

This hotel has a large events room that is hired out to various groups on a regular basis. This may mean that at odd times early in the morning or late at night, you may hear some music or quite a bit of noise over microphones. Not ideal.

So far, there has been no further negative opinion expressed about this hotel.
