Rooms are clean and right by the water’s edge. Facilities include a TV with good channel choice and reception. What’s not to like?

There are tales of rooms being without power. No lighting; nothing! The immediately reported problem fell on deaf ears and the tariff-paying guest had to survive in these circumstances for the duration of their stay. There is obviously a cavernous weakness in maintenance procedures that allow situations such as this to arise.

Every picture tells a story and in the case of these website images, the story is one of fiction. The reality brings real disappointment with accommodation which doesn’t match up to what was visually promised. Rooms are of basic motel standard with poor Wi-Fi. They can be horribly hot and humid but with nothing to counteract the problem. In these circumstances, non-flushing toilets are a completely unacceptable addition and form another nail in the coffin of maintenance procedures.

Arrive outside their office hours and there is no apparent way of identifying and then accessing your room. Bar staff are the only ones on duty and go out of their way to be unhelpful. Obviously, they are unaware of who supplies funds to pay their wages! This is a deplorable situation for arriving guests to endure.
