The villas offer a range of activities and amenities right onsite, which is especially great when staying with kids. There are two pools, hot tubs, a basketball court and two tennis courts, fishing lakes and more. The property also has gas grills and picnic tables. The pools, clubhouse and grounds in general are very clean and well maintained.
The condos are simple but functional. The décor and furnishing are a bit dated in appearance. That said they are clean, comfortable and very quiet.
Certain units are nicer than others, depending on who is renting them out. So you may end up with either a well cared for unit or an older, less attractive one.
There's an issue with bed bugs and cockroaches at least in some of the buildings, hopefully that's been resolved!
