Guests staying at Seaview can relax and soak up the rays on the rooftop deck as well as take advantage of free on-site parking. There are numerous cafes and restaurants in close proximity to the motel where guests can enjoy their daily meals such as Cora’s Coffee Shoppe, Cha Cha Chicken and Coast Beach Cafe & Bar. Guests were pleased to find that they were only a short walk away from the beach and the popular Santa Monica Pier which many found very convenient. The motel is surrounded by lots of cafes, bars and restaurants which the guests found very convenient considering there isn't a dining facility on the premises. Those who wanted to explore other parts of town found it handy having a bus stop close to their accommodation.
The rooms have been described as being of generous size with guests reporting that they could move around comfortably in between the furniture as well as stow away all their belongings. Many appreciated having cooking facilities in their rooms which enable them to store and prepare their own meals.
The owners were said to be hospitable and friendly often willing to assist the guests with their various queries and requests. Many appreciated all the useful tips and advice offered by their hosts with regards to the local area and said that they felt well-looked after for their entire stay.
The motel is situated on a rather busy road and guests said that they could often hear traffic noise which prevented some from opening their windows. Others mentioned that due to the thin walls, they were able to hear everything going on in adjoining rooms.
The showers were said to be quite small which posed difficulties for taller guests. Lack of hot water and poor pressure also made showering cumbersome.
Due to a lack of air-conditioning, guests said that they often felt quite hot in their en-suites The ceiling fans were said to be rather inadequate when it came to cooling down the rooms.
