The hotel's Wi-Fi signal was good enough to reach all areas of your property. The speeds were very desirable and business travellers and holidaymakers alike connected to the network without a hitch. Cases of downtime were rare as the Wi-Fi was steady and guests could comfortably use the internet to connect with friends and family.
Guests were of the feeling that the rooms had very thin walls. It was easy to hear loud conversations coming from other rooms especially at night hours. Noise from the street was also a concern. Guests felt that the rooms need a better soundproofing system.
Very few members of staff spoke English well and confidently. Guests had difficulty communicating with them and saw this as a huge drawback when it came to communicating with the staff.
