Hotel Santa Fé (Ciudad Juarez, Mexico)

The hotel is located near the border area to El Paso, Texas. Guests are within a close walking distance to the bridge in the centre of Juarez. They also have plenty of bars and restaurants close to the hotel.

Guests enjoyed the fact that the hotel had a restaurant and a lobby bar where they could enjoy local cuisine and also refreshing drinks. The quality was good and the ambiance was tranquil and calm. The décor was also colourful.

The rooms were found to be comfortable and basic by guests. They felt the bathrooms had enough hot water and that the rooms had the basics covered. It was nice to have good accommodations which provided with comfortable beds and en suite bathrooms.

The hotel is near the bars and therefore at night the music was too loud for guests to get a good night's rest. It was not easy to ignore the noises, so if you visit without intending to go out at night, you should bring a pair of ear plugs.

Guests did not like that there were smoke smells that permeated the hotel areas. They felt the hotel could do a better job of cleaning or minimizing the cigarette smells.

Guests felt the hotel could do with some renovations to keep it from looking so run down. They did not like the old-looking aspect of the hotel and wished it would put some effort into remodeling.
