negative:
Far from the city centre.
Some guests felt that the hotel was too far from the city centre and main tourist attractions. The local area also does not have a shopping district or cafes and restaurants to offer. There is a bus service into town, and while the journey only takes 10-minutes, the times are limited, particularly in the evening. Guests recommend to book a taxi. Some guests felt unsafe to bicycle into town along a main road.
negative:
Small sized rooms.
Some guests complained that their rooms, including the upgraded rooms were very small.
negative:
Unfriendly staff.
Some guests felt that they were not valued as customers, and experienced the staff as unfriendly, rude and unhelpful.
