Guests appreciate that the hotel is located in a safe and decent neighbourhood, and that there is no concern about coming and going at one's leisure. It's a well-lit, well-kept property that doesn't have suspicious loiterers, and thus helps bring peace to mind to travellers, particularly ones staying by themselves.

Housekeeping is at a high standard, with everything spotless upon arrival, and maintained as such throughout guest uses. There's plenty of coffee and bottled water available, and guests feel quite cosy and content.

The entire ambience successfully provides a comfortable home away from home that guests consider to be a top highlight of their travels. Many have loved staying here so much that they have extended their original check-out date, and make it a point of returning here during future getaways.

If staying here for a few days, you may be disappointed by the breakfast. The selections aren't as varied as preferred, and don't seem to alternate much.

Some rooms seem to have better Wi-Fi reception than others. It may be stronger and steadier in the common areas, but as far as it goes in individual rooms, it may weaken and be frustrating to maintain consistently.

Bring earplugs if you are sensitive to loud noises. Depending upon the location of your room, you may hear traffic and other outside noise, and you may overhear boisterous guests between the room walls.
