You may not be in the main tourist trap, but you can still get to the beach pretty easily. Guests appreciate being able to get down to the sea within just five minutes.

Although guests may choose this area for its relative tranquillity in comparison to the main Pattaya Beach resort, they are thrilled to still get the ocean views. With a spacious balcony in all suites with panoramic views of the Gulf of Thailand, few are disappointed.

On top of your panoramic vantage point over the ocean, you will now have the added bonus of a clear view over a construction site. Your dream of a quiet escape may be dashed too by the noise of drilling all day long. Many guests are extremely disappointed by this discovery, although some claim to hardly notice it.

A lot of guests claim that the photos of the hotel they saw when booking bear little or no resemblance to reality. Furniture is newer and more stylish in the photos and even the swimming pool appears to have grown and looks completely different to the real offering.

Although some guests had a positive opinion of the staff, many had bad experiences. They appear to have a poor command of basic English and customer care in general - especially when guests are not happy. Many guests find their attitude confrontational and disrespectful. Some put this down to inexperience and little training.
