Guests found the hotel's location to be fairly convenient for most of their needs. The property is just a few minutes from Walt Disney World, and there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby from which to choose. Other area attractions including Universal Orlando, SeaWorld and Wet 'n Wild are also not far away.

Guests generally reported that the hotel staff were helpful and friendly. The front desk staff were personable, and everyone seemed very willing to help whenever guests brought up any concerns to address.

The hotel's pool area seems to be one of the highlights of the property. The pool is clean and fairly large, and the sundeck surrounding the pool offers plenty of space to spread out and catch some rays while you take a break from the attractions.

Several people found the hotel's Wi-Fi network to be rather unreliable. The connection was often slow, and some guests were not able to access the network at all.

The hotel offers a complimentary breakfast each morning, but many reviewers found the offerings underwhelming. Several guests reported that during their stay the breakfast consisted only of bagels and coffee. You may have to go offsite for a more full breakfast selection.

While the hotel was generally fairly clean, the property is showing definite signs of age. Several visitors reported that the carpet and furniture were worn and in need of replacing, while some of the fixtures were loose, cracked or broken. Overall the hotel has a fairly dated style and worn-out feel.
