Hotel Rincon Beach Resort (Añasco, Puerto Rico)

The tranquil vibe of the Rincon Beach Resort really helped to get guests into total relaxation mode. Removed from the town of Rincon, guests found a secluded beach and a pool that was nice and mellow.

Breakfast at the Rincon Beach Resort won't break the bank. Not only were guests happy with the quality of food, they were very pleased that their money went a long way. Guests also noticed that chefs didn't skimp on the details, like French toast with quality bread and freshly squeezed juices.

Guests found it hard to leave the infinity free-form pool that overlooks the ocean. With ample seating, they also never found it hard to find a place to soak up the sun. Towels were plentiful, and the serene atmosphere of the pool area really helped to melt their cares away.

Spotty or non-existent Wi-Fi really frustrated several guests. It seemed there were only a few places in the hotel that could be counted on to deliver a strong signal. If you need to stay in touch or are traveling on business, your hopes of working on a laptop by the pool may be dashed.

Guests staying for several days felt they were in need of a more diverse selection of food. If you don't plan to eat at the many nearby restaurants, some guests felt that lunch became a bit repetitive with only fried foods at the beachfront grill as an option. Others also noticed the absence of room service, and wished for a coffee maker in their rooms.

An itchy experience was had by several guests of the hotel. Mosquitoes and bug bites were especially bad after a rainfall, and while the hotel does provide bug spray, some guests found that sitting on their patio wasn't as relaxing as it should have been.
