To reach Borgomanero by car coming from Milan take motorway A8 (called "Autostrada dei laghi") to Gallarate, then take motorway A26 (called "Autostrada dei trafori") and take either Borgomanero or Arona exits. Coming from Genoa take motorway A26 and take Borgomanero exit. From Turin take motorway A4 Turin-Milan until reaching the intersection with A26 then go to Borgomanero exit. From Malpensa Intercontinental Airport, which is at 40km, take the motorway for Milan until reaching Busto Arsizio, then take A26 and drive until Borgomanero exit.
