About Residence Mariù

The family-run Residence Mariù is situated in a green olive grove in the small town of Cassone, only 4 km from the center of Malcesine. The 8 apartments of about 40 m2 can accommodate 4/5 people. Each apartment is composed of a double - bedroom, a big living room with cooking corner (electrical and gas plate), fridge, electrical coffee making facilities, sofa bed, colour TV with satellite antenna, Internet WiFi, hairdryer and safe. All apartments have a terrace with a charming view of Lake Garda. Heating possibility (charged at consumption). At the disposal of our clients there is a big garden with a swimming pool with deckchairs, a small playground for kids, grill area with table and benches. In the underground area you find an area where you can deposit bicycles, surf boards, small beach furniture and the private parking area of the residence. Sport fans have the opportunity to practise sailing, windsurfing, mountain-biking, trekking and paragliding; only 500 meters from the residence there is a sport center with 5 tennis courts and a sailing school, directly bookable in the residence.
