It is only 5 minutes walk away from the main bus terminal in Phuket Town. It is very convinient for you to walk to the Phuket Old Town to explore the old Shino Portugese architectures and tastes the real local food. Cancellation policies: Low Season (May - October): Cancellation within 7 days - 1st night charged; No show - 100 percent charged High Season (1 November - 15 December; 16 Janaury - 30 April): Cancellation within 7 days - 1st night charged; Cancellation within 3 days and no show - 100 percent charged Peak Season (16 December - 15 January): Cancellation within 14 days - 1st night charged; Cancellation within 7 days and no show - 100 epercent charged. Check in time: 2 pm Check out time: 12 pm noon Early check in is upon request and is subject to room availability and cannot be guaranteed. Late check out before 4 pm will incur a half day room rate extra charge and late check out after 4 pm will incur full day room rate extra charge. An extra bed is available at 300 baht per person per night with maximum limit of one extra bed per room. Breakfast is available at 110 baht per person for a small set and 150 baht per person for a large set.
