Previous guests loved the on-site Piano Bar and Bistro. They reported that the servers are friendly, and the food, while typical "bar food", is prepared well and served in ample portions. Most importantly, the pianists they hire to play are very talented, and able to play almost any requested song, sometimes, one-handed.

Nearly everyone who stayed here reported receiving friendly and efficient service from the front desk. They handled check-ins and reservations smoothly, were able to accommodate requests without incident, and were happy to provide directions and recommendations of things to do in the area.

Many reviews noted that they were impressed by how well the hotel was cleaned. They found their rooms to be spotless on their arrival, and they were well maintained throughout their stay. They also noted that the common areas of the hotel, including the outdoor pool, were cleaned well.

Several guests reported that the rooms furthest from the front desk, where the router is located, have trouble connecting to the Wi-Fi. Tech savvy guests were particularly annoyed by this, pointing out that a few, inexpensive signal repeaters would resolve the issue.

A few guests were perturbed that the hotel does not have an elevator. Guests who had rooms above the first floor were forced to haul their luggage up and down the stairs, a hassle that many would have rather skipped.
