The fact that this hotel is literally just across the road from a mighty great shopping mall means there are loads of shops, chain restaurants and fast-food outlets on hand to indulge your credit card and/or appetite. Having Ottawa city centre within such close proximity is a big plus too.
It needs to be said that the wonderfully efficient and effortlessly bilingual guys and gals who work on reception do a mighty fine job of ensuring their establishment meets the needs of all those who visit it. Continued good efforts here.
Many visitors have drawn attention to the super-comfy beds and mattresses within the guest accommodations. Evidently, this is a decent place to come for some good quality shut-eye!

Unlike many other hotels operating within this price bracket, this property does not offer any kind of complimentary breakfast to its guests. Disappointing.
Many guests have highlighted the free Wi-Fi as being a contentious issue. Apparently, the further away from reception you're based, the less likely you are to receive a consistently decent signal. Indeed, some disgruntled visitors noted that they couldn’t get a signal in their rooms for several hours.
