Guests were impressed by the kind gestures and thoughtful attitude of all the staff members. The front desk staff was very professional and catered to all the doubts that the guests had. They were also very informative about the local places of interest that could be visited by the guests.
The parking area was big enough to accommodate all the vehicles. This was found to be very convenient by the guests as they did not have to hunt for a parking space. The hotel is centrally located and is close to I-70, skiing resorts, shops and restaurants. Keystone is 20-minutes’ drive and Frisco is also close by. There was no noise from any corner of the area so the guests had a peaceful and relaxing time.
Guests traveling with pets were glad as pets were welcome here. The charges were very economical as per the amenities offered in the hotel. The indoor pool and hot tub were clean. Breakfast served was above average.
The Wi-Fi connection was very erratic and many of the guests could not even connect to it in spite of following the connecting directions given on the card in the room.
Beds were too hard for the comfort of many guests. Changing the old mattresses would be the solution to the problem they say.
The room heater was quite loud due to which many guests could not have a comfortable sleep. Some of the bathrooms had loose and broken floor tiles which could be dangerous say guests. Shower water pressure was quite slow.
