Hotel Plaza Peñasco (Puerto Penasco, Mexico)

Guests were happy to find that Plaza Peñasco was just a short walk away from the beach, as well as close to clubs, bars and restaurants for those wanted to head out for the night.

The staff reportedly proved very helpful and accommodating, and the price was said to be very low, but comparable to that of other hotels which a few guests rated higher.

You will find the hotel's pool area to be kept clean and in working order, the parking is free and surveiled, and the air conditioning seems to work well.

Some people who stayed at Plaza Peñasco said the hotel was outdated and needed maintenance in areas, including in shower pressure and hot water delivery, while other guests said the sheets and towels they received were past their best.

Guests were split on room conditions, with some finding the cleanliness to be fine and others considering their bathrooms and living quarters to be terribly dirty. Additionally, some of those who stayed said the beds were too hard.

There were some issues reported with technology, including that the TVs only had a handful of channels, and were sometimes fuzzy, and the Wi-Fi did not successfully reach the rooms.
