The guesthouse is 1.5km from the town centre and 700m from the main road. The ski areas of Bad Kleinkirchheim, St. Oswald, Turracher Höhe, Falkert, Hochrindl and Gerlitzen are easily accessible within 15 to 30 minutes. The beautiful cross-country ski trail departs almost from the front door. Skiing-Passes at reduced rates available at the guesthouse. Shuttle service available. Having spent the day out skiing, you can enjoy a soothing spa-session (Römerbad or Kathrein spas at nearby Bad Kleinkirchheim) or even a Lomi-Lomi-Nui & Reiki experience offered by masseuse Heidi at our neighbour-house.
