The hotel is close to an affordable free parking lot onsite. There are plenty of eateries and shops in the area to cater for a wide variety of tastes. As it is at the centre of the city, there are a lot of attractions within an easy walking distance of the hotel.

Has a varied and well prepared breakfast buffet
The breakfast buffet is expertly prepared and varied. Food items that run out are quickly replenished with a fresh batch from the kitchen. Guests were pleased by the fact that the buffet was included in the room price.

The hotel's staff members are very jovial and welcoming. They go out of their way to assist you and make your stay as peaceful and enjoyable as possible. They are also readily available and give you all the information you need.

The hotel has no elevator in the building
A number of guests have complained about the lack of an elevator in the building. Moving up and down can be a bit of a challenge especially for the elderly or mobility impaired whose rooms are on higher floors.

Some beds weren't comfortable to sleep in
Though generally a personal liking, a good number of guests complained about the beds enough to warrant a concern. Those affected thought the beds were too soft and did not offer proper spinal support. As such, a few guests woke up with stiff necks.

The kitchens are quite small and poorly equipped
A number of guests have expressed their concerns regarding the state of the kitchen. Some were concerned with the lack of basic kitchen appliances in their rooms. Such basic necessities as electric kettles, toasters and microwaves were lacking.
