Guests were pleased with the location of the hotel. There is a metro stop directly next to this location, which guests found particularly convenient. Also, the hotel’s location within Rome’s Prati neighborhood puts it only steps from the Vatican and such attractions as St. Peter’s Basilica, the Sistine Chapel, Piazza Navona, the Spanish Steps, and the shopping areas of Via Ottaviano and Via Cola di Rienzo.

Most of the guests feel comfortable staying at the hotel and find the rooms to be tidy and well-kept. The staff reportedly does a good job of both preparing rooms for arrival and keeping them picked up during the duration of their guests’ stays.

Nobody likes to feel cramped, and unfortunately guests report that the shared and private bathrooms at this facility are too small for their liking. You may find that it is a little awkward getting ready in the morning because of this.

The lack of air conditioning is a big sticking point with numerous guests. The lack of air has a number of those staying at Paradise complaining that it is difficult to sleep at night during certain seasons due to the heat.

A few of the guests that stay at Paradise take no issue with the staff whatsoever, and even report that they are quite charming. However, quite a number of other guests have left reports complaining that members of the staff are rude and generally unhelpful.
