You may have some trouble getting a hot shower
Multiple guests left reviews complaining that at various points during their stay there was no hot water in their room, an inconvenience for which many felt they were not properly compensated for.
negative:
Anybody home?
Though it is unusual for a reviewer to complain of a hotel not being crowded enough, quite a few guests who stayed at a time when the hotel wasn't busy made exactly that complaint. It's a very large hotel, with 304 rooms, and guests who stayed at a time when they mostly had the place to themselves found all the empty space, devoid of other guests and superfluous staff members, to be unsettling or "spooky".
negative:
The building is a bit old
Several guests noted that the hotel is beginning to show signs of age. In particular, they noticed that the elevators are a bit cantankerous, to the point that some guests were nervous about riding in them.
