The general consent amongst most guests was that the staff members are bilingual, vastly trained and very professional in carrying out their tasks. Their warm and pleasing demeanour makes it easy for them to build a strong connection with guests and this contributed to overall satisfaction.

Guests at the hotle are offered a complimentary buffet breakfast which is really skillfully prepared. There is an array of hot and cold dishes served and most guests were spoilt for choice because of the diversity of the dishes on offer.

The hotel provides complimentary airport transport
The free airport shuttle provided was a huge plus to many guests who had flights to catch. The shuttle was on time and had enough seating capacity. Guests with early morning flights were easily accommodated as its operating hours started quite early.

There is poor sound insulation in the rooms
Quite a number of guests complained about the walls which appeared to be too thin. Noise from television sets and loud conversations carried easily from room to room. Majority of the affected were the light sleepers could not have a restful night's sleep.

The Wi-Fi signal is very weak if at all present in some of the rooms. Slow speeds are also experienced in a few public areas.
