The main attractionsof the city such as the Dome, Teatro alla Scala, Galleria Vittorio Emanuele, Quadrilatero della moda, Castello Sforzesco, Pinacoteca in Brera and the Cenacolo Vinciano, are easily reachable on foot. The hotel has a large internal garage, where you can easily park your car safely. Breakfast is either served every morning from 7.00am to 10.00am in the room on the ground floor, or provided in room, on request.

The room temperatures were found to be not to some guests' liking since they had no control over the temperatures. Some guests felt it was too hot in the rooms and were annoyed they could not control the temperature. Some thought it was too cold and had to sleep with extra clothes.
The rooms that were facing the street were found to be noisy and the windows did not help to reduce the noise level. They would have liked to have had some insulation since the noise could be distracting for some guests.
Some guests felt the price paid for their rooms was not worth the amenities provided. Some did not have breakfast included which they found expensive, some could not use an iron and others thought the Wi-Fi was slow.
