Guests frequently griped that there were not enough outlets to plug in their electronics. Furthermore, the outlets that existed were hard to reach and not at good levels. That was especially true in regards to the outlets near the beds.

Comments from guests often discussed the high noise level of the property. They said the walls were very thin, so they could easily hear other occupants. Also, there's a railroad track close to the hotel, and guests said they could hear trains passing at at all hours.
