The people working here do their best to help you with any problems you might have and are always quick to respond to requests. If you have a chat with them they will tell you about all the best things to see in the city.
positive:
Great choice for travellers on a budget.
This is a no frills hotel but it does tick all the boxes when it comes to comfort and convenience, so if you are visiting Bratislava on a tight budget this place really is a good choice.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Not all the rooms have a ensuite bathroom.
If you decide to take one of the cheapest rooms available at this hotel you will have to share a bathroom with other guests. This means you may have to wait a while for that morning shower when the hotel is busy.
negative:
No lift at this hotel, only lots of stairs.
Even to get up to reception you have to climb three flights of stairs, so that means carrying your luggage up too. The lack of a lift means that if you have decreased mobility you should look elsewhere for a place to stay.
negative:
An old building with very thin walls.
Old City is in an old building within the lively centre of Bratislava, and the walls between the rooms and the street are not very thick. You're likely to hear noise from outside and from your neighbours if they are loud.
