Hotel Ocean Breeze (Mazatlan, Mexico)

Guests appreciated the laid-back vacation by the beach brought by the property since it is a beachfront hotel. They enjoyed the daily walks and their private space near the ocean. Thus, this place is ideal for those beach-goers who don’t like interacting with the crowd that much.

This property has a nice pool ground that guests liked very much. The grounds are kept clean and tidy while the pools are also spotless. There are even different games and poolside activities that everyone can enjoy most especially the kids.

According to previous guests, the staffs were exceptionally friendly, prompt, and helpful. They were impressed with the fast check-in and pleasant front desk personnel. Staffs were all wonderful because they made the guests feel that they were well taken care of.

Guests were disappointed at how old this hotel was, saying that it obviously needed immediate renovation. Air conditioning did not work, while the television that looked like it was from ancient years ago needed to be moved just to get a good signal. Everything from the furniture to the building itself was terribly dated.

The rooms were smelly and there were black moulds. moreover, guests were also very dismayed because of the bed bugs, the dirty sheets, and filthy bathrooms. These were signs that rooms were not cleaned properly or not cleaned at all.

One disadvantage this hotel has according to guests is its out-of-the-way location. It is quite far from the business district and some are not even familiar of this property. Although there are many available transportation around the hotel, many guests still preferred to be in the middle of everything.
