The Hotel Niedermair is surrounded by orchards and meadows and is located only one kilometre above Parcines. The unique location at the foot of the Gruppo di Tessa Nature Park is characterised by the lack of car traffic. Guests appreciate the fantastic panoramic view of Merano and of the surrounding mountains. Thanks to the direct access to the hiking area, pleasure hikers can enjoy walking along the canal trails (Waalwege) while expert mountaineers can climb the mountain peaks. The biologically oriented construction of the rooms and apartments is reflected, among other things, in the natural local woods. Both the rooms in the traditional main building and those in the modern new building are equipped with all comforts.
