positive:
Charming and well-appointed
With such a spotless and tidy appearance, guests said they loved everything about this accommodation, but in particular the enclosed patio with two-person spa, filled with candles and plants and a couple of chairs. This made it the most romantic corner of the rooms.
positive:
Perfect home away from home
Guests said they felt comfortable from the moment they arrived in the lobby of this bed and breakfast. The rooms were well-designed with space in mind, yet offered a relaxing quiet vibe, and according to many guests this is one of the best spots to be in Port Stephens.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Some upgrading is necessary
Although the rooms were found to be relatively clean, guests felt the facilities as a whole could do with a bit of a facelift. The shower looked a little drab, and the shower curtain looked like it should have been replaced with something more modern.
negative:
Beds could be better
Many travellers found the beds to be too hard, so if you are used to a soft mattress, then these beds won't be all that comfortable. Make sure you bring an extra blanket with to line the mattress for improved comfort levels.
negative:
Budget appliances
Appliances such as toasters, kettles and even the remote for the TV were found to be inexpensive and looked as though they were in need of replacement. Guests said they had to request a new remote from reception on moe than one occasion with not much luck.
